Producing environmentally-responsible and non-toxic bamboo-based disposable baby wipes, BumBoosa was an early entry into the "Green" product space. The company took great interest in bamboo in alleviating the burden that trees can bear producing traditional paper products. BumBoosa was the first company in North America to supply wet wipes and bathroom tissue made from bamboo. BumBoosa is a majority-women-owned company dedicated to educating people about the benefits of bamboo as an alternative for disposable products like wipes and tissue, with the goal of forestland conversation, and limiting the widespread use of petroleum-based disposable wipes. Today BumBoosa is distributed alongside their other bamboo disposable products line, NooTrees.
